GENERAL
1. I reserve the right to reject a commission for any reason.
2. Any use of AI, its training, NFTs, datasets and engines is prohibited.
3. If communication from the client is absent for a time period longer than 1 week, a commision is finished and submitted as is. No refunds apply.
4. Commisioned artwork can be used Personally, such as printing for your own self, using as a profile, banner, or publications on social media as long as appropriate credit to me is given.
5. I reserve the right to my artwork and the right to post it.PAYMENTS AND FEES
1. All prices are listed in EUR. If you wish to pay in other currency, please convert the total so the correct amount is received.
2. I require a 100% upfront or 50% upfront and 50% upon completion.
2.1. If the payment is not completed after a week with no further communication, a commision is cancelled.
3. A Non-Disclosure Agreement applies if you wish for the commision to not be shared on social media or used in my Portfolio, with a following Fee of 10% - 50% of the commision's price depending on the project.
4. My artwork is for personal use only. Commercial rights is an additional 200% or more depending on the project.
Examples of commercial art include:
Advertising and marketing, Internet banner ads, Company or business icons, Visual Content for Streaming, Merchandise and products, Illustrations or designs printed on t-shirts, mugs, Cover art for books, music albums, or video games, Artwork featured in products that are sold, such as calendars or greeting cards, Graphics for websites that generate revenue through ads or sales, Banners for social media channels used for branding and promotion, Illustrations for apps that are sold or include advertisements.
5. If you wish for your commision to be completed quicker and avoid the queue, or need it done fast, a deadline is to be discussed to conclude whether the time frame is sufficient for the commision type, and a Rush Fee applies of 15EUR.REQUIREMENTS
1. A basic reference sheet is to be provided.
Designing from moodboards or photos adds from 20 to 40 EUR to the base cost.DEADLINES AND REVISIONS
1. Time of completion estimates from a few days to a few weeks depending on the complexity of the commision and the queue.
I will provide an estimate time for completion, and indicate if there is a delay in finishing your commission. You may request a wip at any time.
2. A commision includes a confirmation you issue after the sketch is received. A free revision can be made in terms of composition, pose of the character, or minor elements in the sketching phase.
3. After the sketching phase, a revision is an additional 2-10EUR Fee depending on its complexity. Major revisions like composition change or drastic object movement, pose changes, are not applicable after the sketching phase. Changing object color and adding or painting an element on top is possible in the bounds of a paid revision, and its price will have to be paid after the revision is confirmed and applied on the commision if working with a 100% upfront payment, or added to the remaining 50% if splitting.
4. If you wish to issue a guided piece color correction, in a latest stage of the commision, for example "Make the colors a bit more saturated", "Make the piece have a warmer temperature, more orange-ish", "Shift the hues to the colder ones", "Is it possible to add a purple tint on top", it will not add any extra. Consider how colors may appear differently on different devices.REFUNDS
1. You may receive a full refund only if I have not started the commission.
2. If I have started your commission and you wish to cancel, I will issue a partial refund based on how much work is done - Lineart Stage (40%), except if the commision is a Clean Sketch or Lineart listing, then this refuns doesn't apply, Color stage (20%), after the coloring stage refunds aren't applicable.
3. If I cannot finish your commission for whatever reason, you will be refunded in full.
4. No refunds will be issued once artwork has been completed.
5. Chargebacks are prohibited. Issuing one wil result in You being blacklisted and the right to the commisioned artwork being taken.DO'S AND DONT'SI am open for drawing
